Jennifer Salmorin is a CACI contracted employee who works full time as a Management Analyst for the Space and Naval  Warfare (SPAWAR) Systems Center Atlantic in Charleston, SC.  She currently holds a Bachelor's of Arts in International Business from the College of Charleston in Charleston, SC, which she received in 2007.  She is working towards a second bachelor's degree in Foods and Nutrition from the University of Alabama's distance learning program.

Provide programmatic, operational, and administrative support to the Department of Commerce (DoC) Sub-Integrated Products Team (IPT) at the Naval Warfare (SPAWAR) Systems Center Atlantic.  Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting project managers and teams members in planning, monitoring, and delivering project objectives
  • Working directly with the Program/Project Managers on planning, analyzing and evaluating the financial aspects of the project
  • Developing Statement of Work (SOW), Delivery Order Contract Modification Requests (DCMR) creation, financial planning and management, acquisition planning and purchase request initiation
  • Collaborating with the Project/Program Manager to establish responsibilities and procedures for achieving objectives
  • Making continuous and proactive efforts to analyze existing internal and external processes, find useful and applicable best practices, and efficiently implementing them within the individual projects
  • Compiling and publishing monthly status reports that provide the sponsor with program details such as accomplishments, risks, schedule, and variance
