Created comprehensive system design document, wireframes and flow diagrams, built and managed Microsoft Project timeline, interfaced between client and in-house developers to ensure site built to spec. Achieved full on-time implementation within a compressed six-month time frame. Client expressed high degree of satisfaction with project outcome, enrollment inquiries increasing 25% within first two months of roll-out.

University Of California Los Angeles (UCLA)

Working within the PMO of UCLA's Communications Technologies Services division, defined requirements and managed implementation of new software productivity initiatives. Liaised between end users and application developers, created functional design specs, and developed project WBS and system documentation. Conducted system testing, crafted end-user application guides, and trained users on system features and functionality.

·$1,500 "Staff Achievement Award" for the conception and rollout of “Project Track”, a project tracking and reporting application providing key cross-unit project metrics for high-level management review and planning. Benefits accrued included standardized commissioning of projects, more efficient resource allocation, and the ability to track project progress from inception through final rollout and closure via on-demand graphical reports.

·$2,228 "Incentive Award" for the ad-hoc development of the “Telephone Programming Automation” order provisioning application, including full design and coding in Visual Basic. By re-engineering what had been a paper-driven, completely manual process, achieved an estimated savings of 100 staff hours per month, in addition to facilitating more accurate and timely fulfillment of orders for campus clients.
