To work with the different areas internal and external to achieve the goals expected for the office. the job involves good cordinacion among TMM (territory Marketing Manager) , TAM( Territory Account Manager) , ICAM (Inside Channels Account Manager) as internal model and externally with the community of Distributor and Reseller 1. Have a specific strategy for each Distributor (differentiation, services, recruitment, etc.) 2. Increase SMB Sales 30%+ 3. Have an annual planning with each partner, the planning should include bookings (products + services), territory, technology, marketing, training, recruiting & scorecard to follow plan. 4. Manage your Partners gives & gets.
