Duties included daily telxon work, daily maintenance of environmental logs, maintaining daily logs for markdowns and inventory, planning and ordering features, performing lube audits and quality audits for tire changes, receiving tire and battery trucks, bi-monthly tire inventory, setting modulars and managing people within the department.  As a Customer Service Manager the duties included assisting cashiers with customer issues, performing overrides at the register, maintaining cash drawers in the podium, receiving loans for the customer service desk, and providing great customer service.  As cashier/service desk worker, duties included assisting customers with their purchases or returns, and performing great customer service by scanning items quickly and efficiently, bagging items properly, and precise handling of money.

Received "5 Star" Cashiers award in 2003 for outstanding customer service
