I am a health care attorney currently practicing at Mintz Levin in Washington D.C.  My practice focuses primarily on health insurance and managed care issues, particularly the insurance reforms found in the Affordable Care Act.  I have advised clients on all aspects of the ACA as well as other federal and state regulations affecting health insurers and providers.  I have also worked with non-profit institutions attempting to improve health care payment and delivery and with hospital systems in their compliance with federal fraud & abuse laws.
