Summary

Introduction/Preface

Welcome to my online portfolio! This portfolio is inspired by my nursing leadership and management class where I  am learning to grow as a health care professional. So far, the class has gone over topics like delegation, conflict resolution, critical thinking, decision making, quality improvement, etc. These topics have help me revise my philosophy in nursing, especially from a managerial viewpoint. To the left side of the screen, you will find my philosophy of nursing, a presentation of two professional behaviors (from AACN), application of new knowledge gain from this class, and utilization of Neuman's model. I have also revised my resume and have included skills, licenses,  C.E.U.'s and other documentations of achievement.
