Nursing Philosophy

My personal philosophy of nursing is based on the belief that nursing is holistic. It encompasses every aspect of a person, not just their health. Patient's are not defined by their medical conditions and deserve evidenced-based, non-judgmental care by competent professionals. Each individual is unique and should be met with understanding and compassion.
