Store Leader- Karrinyup WA, Leadership of day to day in store operations. Lead and motivate a driven sales team holding staff members accountable to achieve individual and collective sales and performance targets, effective floor management, analyse business performance and implement changes according to current KPIs. Accountable for team's delivery of sales targets, ensuring sales and service opportunities are maximised and are aligned with the Telstra's priorities. Responsible for customer advocacy by building customer relationships and satisfaction, coaching staff members, adopting a customer driven culture in store and driving this in all processes. Manage and develop talent including recruitment, induction, coaching, training sessions, future planning, performance support, and conducting informal and formal performance and conduct meetings. Achieve financial profitability by ensuring labour budgets are met and costs are minimised including write offs, price overrides and credits. Ensure layout and presentation of store aligns with visual merchandising plans and policies. Perform operational functions including effective rostering, inventory and stock management, auditing, payroll and financial responsibilities, banking, contracts administration, ordering store supples, and conducting HS&E audits and actions.
