Key coordinator for 250 visiting non-English speaking cultural representatives on summer Folklife Festival. Many Participants had never traveled to the USA before, and I used my language skills and cultural understanding to create a successful team environment.

I founded Career Enlightenment with the mission of helping job seekers get back to work through the strategic use of social media. I found that there was a lot of confusion about these tools and that by helping people improve their online presence just a little bit,they were able to stand out from the crowd.

Since inception, my blog has become internationally syndicated, I've been a resource for the Wall Street Journal and I have trained thousands of job seekers.

My upcoming book, "The New Connected Career" take the job seeker through a step-by-step process of developing a personal brand, polishing off their online presence and using tools to find hiring managers.

I am available for trainings and webinars for Career Service organizations around the country.
