Meeting at different bars and clubs in Chicago suburbs, we launched Next City Church in January 2013. It's aim is to appeal to those who may never be comfortable enough to come to a church building, but might come to a bar to hear the good news. Next City is going strong and continues to attract new seekers.

I also served as a music leader - playing guitar, piano and singing. Our music style and selections were purposefully aimed at being very understandable songs about God with very practical expressions of thanks and praise as opposed to theologically heavy or repetitious songs.

I been performing since age 3, so I feel I've known my direction for most of my life, but I was afraid to fully focus on it for years... I've been blessed with many opportunities and experiences during that time and was even awarded three Emmys in commercial TV. As I feel the call back to music, it's exciting to see what adventures the future holds. I love to write to songs that are inspirational and enjoyable. Brandon Heath, Shawn McDonald, David Crowder, and Matthew West inspire me. I'm a fan of Adam Young's work as well. I am powerfully moved by music and I believe in it's power to aid in spiritual transformation. I look forward to helping lead people to that place. I'm grateful for Christ's faithfulness on my journey and His huge gift to me in my fiance Kimberly. I can't wait begin our new life together as we pursue spreading love and life in the world through the arts.
