About Me

I started e-Agent, Inc. in 2002. I have run the company as a profitable .com through very robust times and now in a depressed US real estate market. This is and was my first entrepreneurial adventure and I am currently working on a second start-up that is an ad network for publishers. It has officially launched (as of May 15th, 2008) and more information on it can be found at: BrandClik.com. In the past, I have created, edited and produced a nationwide television ad campaign, numerous print spots and managed our online ads for e-Agent's paid presence (both CPM and CPC campaigns). In addition, I also helped design the consumer and b2b sites to get natural SEO placement. I am no tech wizard by any stretch of the imagination but I know enough to be dangerous. Prior to this I worked in traditional advertising sales in a variety of roles, first at a radio rep firm, then with several trade publications, followed by a start-up and finally a traditional magazine that was moving from brick-to-click. Having worked as an assistant sales rep and climbed the proverbial ladder to now running a small company; I know first hand how to manage at many levels to meet the needs of employees and how to properly motivate them for success.
