Sporting Achievement

Presently I am a performance rower for Lea Rowing Club, managing an intense daily training routine alongside my career commitments at Deloitte, and my studies for the CIMA qualification. I am aiming to compete at Henley Royal Regatta.

Alongside my studies I was a high performance student athlete, having been a member of the University of Birmingham Boat Club since my first week of University. I was a key member of the senior squad competing at regional and national events in both sculling and sweep boats, ranging from events in a single scull to crew events such as Head of the River in the Universities eights. Managing an intense daily training schedule with my University studies has enabled me to develop key time management skills that other students lack, this is only achievable through my desire and motivation to achieve at the highest levels in both the sporting and academic worlds. I take these attitudes with me to the professional workplace, being a significant aid to my performance, achievements and ambition. Placed 13th and 25th in Mens Double and Single Sculls at BUCS Regatta 2014 Nottingham.
