New Hope Chapel is a fast-growing, cutting-edge church in the historic town of Plymouth, MA. I was brought on in 2009 to support the organization's rapid growth by managing the increasing number of high-level projects and cultivating relationships with congregants.

• Trained 30+ leaders on how to manage congregant profiles and track online donations using a third-party database software.
• Created customer service program and trained 30+ leaders on it.
• Oversaw development of high-tech live event production department.

Grace Bible Church is a community-focused church in Dunmore, PA. I was hired to implement a major musical style transition.

• Coordinated with technical volunteer staff to support weekly live events.
• Managed 15+ volunteer staff, gaining rapport and leveraging quality relationships to successfully implement a major organizational change.
• Communicated with senior leadership to plan a seamless change in the congregation of 200+ members, seeing the transition completed successfully by 2009.

I was hired at the Ramada to bring high-class customer service to guests in person.

• Interfaced with 50+ customers per shift.
• Resolved customer complaints and issues in a timely and helpful manner.

 Word of Life Fellowship is a nonprofit organization dedicated to making a positive impact on youth. I was hired to manage logistics of the program staff, which produced all activities and events of campers at the Ranch summer camp.

• Worked with technical staff to produce high-quality live events.
• Helped lead 20+ employees to implement a newly modern, summer-long comprehensive camper activity program.
• Coordinated logistics of 3 rallies per day, attended by a total of 150+ campers.
