  • A year in I began to research and focus on the minor details of the job: milk temperature, foam quality and fancy designs for the macchiatos.

Filming mostly live events requiring planning, punctuality, and versatility.

  • Shot and edited 16 storytelling events (similar to The Moth), a few fitness videos and a handful of special events including guest speakers and concerts.
  • Built a long-term relationship with the staff and residents resulting in their trust in my editorial and aesthetic choices.
  • Listened to hours of fascinating personal stories from entrepreneurs, scientists, feminists and soldiers during the 50s, 60s and 70s.

  • Directed, wrote, edited and shot multiple short films and a documentary.
  • Worked in teams to accomplish goals with tight deadlines and no budget.
  • Worked at the campus TV station on sound, camera and video switcher. Eventually directing and producing my own TV show the last two years.
