·Scope of project: 2-story, poured-in-place concrete parking garage as podium for 4-story wood frame and stucco mid-rise complex with 244 luxury units; included fire sprinkler and alarm systems, three elevators and four above-ground landscaped courtyards, two with elevated swimming pools, two with water features.

·Oversight of all phases of construction for a $30,000,000 high-end, podium style, multi-family project (Alexan Westheimer), including site preparation, safety compliance, and supervision of up to 150 subcontractors; completed in four phases over 24-month period, on-time and within budget.

·Interfaced with project manager and subcontractors to prepare and monitor detailed project schedule and prepared weekly update reports, conducted weekly subcontractor progress and safety meetings.

·Reviewed plans with engineers and architects through several stages of blueprint development, resolving issues to ensure constructibility; efficiently implemented any RFIs to keep project moving forward.

·Analyzed problem areas and determined cost effective solutions while maintaining the highest standards of quality and adherence to plans and specifications.

I have nearly 15 years’ experience in the construction industry almost all of it in the Houston market. As Project Superintendent, I have ground – up, new construction experience in both commercial and multi-family construction on projects ranging from $14 to $30M. As Project Manager for a Reinforcing Steel Subcontractor and for a Roadway and Infrastructure Prime Contractor I had multi-project responsibilities for as many as 12 concurrent projects with contract values in excess of $14 million, and the privilege to work on some large and notable projects such as the expansion of Herman Hospital, 30 story Villa d’Este Condos in Uptown and a $250 Million retractable roof baseball stadium, Minute Maid Park. I have the ability and the experience to bring projects in safely, on-time and under budget.
