Solutions to Safety Problems

Safe Construction Consulting

November 21, 2008

To Whom It May Concern:

As an independent construction safety consultant hired to look at the project of several multi-family general contractors, I have had the pleasure of working with Joseph Hankins for the last 2 years.

Joseph is knowledgeable of the construction industry and of construction safety practices. He is not afraid to ask for help of direction when confronted with an unusual safety issue that he has not encountered in the past and has shown that he is a capable superintendent.

Lonnie Klock

In my capacity as Vice President of Construction for Trammell Crow Residential I have worked closely with Joseph Hankins for nearly two years. During that time he has consistently proven that he is no stranger to the dedication, hard work and long hours often required to complete a large project on schedule and on budget.

I hired Joseph to supervise the construction of a high density, high profile, podium style luxury apartment project at Shepherd and Westheimer; in no small part due to his previous podium construction experience. What he has learned on this project has only added to his expertise and value. In his capacity as project superintendent he has shown himself to be thorough, dedicated, loyal and capable.

Unfortunately the national economic situation including the tightened credit and investment markets have forced us to release many good people. I would without any reservation recommend Joseph to you; he would be a tremendous asset in any company.
