I began my sales journey in June 2010 with my first job as a sales associate at Tommy Hilfiger. Being completely inexperienced and knowing nothing about sales, I surprisingly still did really well. I began to understand the essence of sales, the ability to add value to your customers and clients.
Both GNC and Tommy Hilfiger taught me customer service and customer satisfaction are always our top priority as sales people. These jobs gave me exposure to sales and in essence taught me the roots of selling. I was regularly the top sales person of the week as I constantly forced myself to beat my previous records. I was never satisfied with a good outcome; I always craved for an excellent one.
At Servpro I was responsible in creating and maintaining various relationships with different clients. In addition to this, I was responsible in creating specific marketing events catered to the needs of these specific clients. In the total time I have worked at Servpro I have raised over $100,000 in revenue from clients.
At my current role at ADP as a District manager, I continue to strive for the same level of performance, customer service, and client satisfaction that I had delivered in my previous roles.
