Customer Service Representative
Within my time at Hertz, I had an array of different tasks. I gained a lot of knowledge within the Company and learned very important skills. I would assist Branch Managers opening and closing the rental locations. I was trained in Credit Card Authorisations, cash handling and dealing with foreign and domestic Insurance policies. I had to make reservations from all the major hotels in Dublin's City Centre. By making these reservations, I'd deliver the reserved car to the Hotel and pick it up from the Hotel when the Customers rental terminates. I washed, fixed, repaired and cleaned cars. Dealing with customers also broadened my skills by understanding and dealing with their needs and requests by talking to them about their journey and their problems/complaints. I also learned how to work with a vast team of employees and work well under very heavy, stressful conditions.
