  • Site Design Project Manager for all freestanding restaurants nationwide this entails follow-ups with Architects/Engineers to insure that Jack corporate standards are followed for both company and franchise restaurants.
  • Project Coordinator for special kitchen projects that involve retrofits, conversions and food equipment testing to insure proper installation and fabrication of new kitchen equipment.
  • Provide mark-up of construction documents during the permitting process to insure that all details and latest standards are implemented.
  • Implement the latest freestanding prototype building for site application and provide feedback to insure effective site management and value engineered design during construction.
  • Update Company Site Manuals for field use.
  • Provide Real Estate and Legal Assistance for site issues that pertain to drive-thru and vehicular circulation, service access, accessibility issues, local code requirements, rights-of-way, easements, encroachment, etc.
  • Manage reconstruction projects for stores that suffer fire or other catastrophic damage and coordinate with insurance adjustors for proper financial disbursements.

The 5 year Architectural program is comprised of 2 years in the General Sciences and Basic Design Concepts with extensive education in Algebra/History/Biology and Behavioral Sciences.

The next 3 years is focused on Structural Design, Land Planning, Acoustics and Lighting Design.  Emphasis on Material selection, Code reviews/Specifications and Architectural Design is part of the curriculum.



Self-Trained Woodworker

  Avid woodworker with extensive knowledge of cabinet design and installation techniques. Self-taught in fabrication of built-in cabinetry for personal residence and rental properties.  

CAD Operator/Manager

  Twenty years of CAD experience including AutoCAD, Architectural Desktop, AutoTurn and Microsoft Programs such as Excel, Powerpoint, Access Project and Photoshop. Certified training in AutoCAD, Autolisp and SolidWorks.
