Surveillance and control of food safety and quality in public and private units (hospitals, kindergartens, basic schools and universities, centers of social care services, central administration, industry and private operators);

Elaboration of reasoned opinion and scientific advice to requests of the National Authority on Food Safety (ASAE) and other official and private entities;
