WW focual point as a consultant to solve complex business problems, approaches in financial policy interpretation and application. Contributing to the development and application of new methods and ideas. Helped with knowledge of systems to keep in operation the tools used by the process. Leads project teams responsible for the audit and assessment of business quality systems, policies and practices to ensure compliance with internal, industry, and client quality standards and requirements across multiple segments and business areas.

  • Improve areas detected when executing the Quality Assurance audit, I make judgments and provided a final evaluation, including the feedback with the improvement areas that needs to be executed in the next ciclo.
  • A constant and active coaching to the WW financial team over policies, accounting requirements, reconciliations tips, and others.
  • Stepped up to build the "Quality Assurance training" documents as part of the QA remediation plan and also helped kick off first training as part of an urgent response to address QA failures. This effort has been appreciated and recognized in the Global F&A coffee talk.
  • Stabilization of the selection process of the sample to be audited, (with statistical bases).
