  • Worked with a team of four programmers to provide programming support for several southern California City Halls and Water District offices using the PICK programming language on a UNIX platform.
  • For the Water District offices created and maintained PICK-based modules and screens to process payments, track overdue bills and calculate penalties and fees.
  • Similar modules and screens used by the City Halls for their business licensing, parking violations, and miscellaneous fees charged for services provided.
  • Created a solution to business license revenue loss by developing a renewal tracking system and program.
  • Assisted in successful data/system migration of water department for the city of Alhambra.
  • Assisted IT managers, when present, with their daily workload in relation to the PICK system.
