·Spearheaded a regional jet fuel savings initiative across all the carriers yielding a 10% net savings in fuel related pass-through costs.

·Led and coordinated strategic initiatives for the various functional areas within Delta such as Airport Customer Service, Network and Fleet Planning, Finance, Supply Chain, Reservations and Customer Service and Marketing aimed at ensuring an exceptional customer experience while adhering to strict cost controls amid frequent and rapid network growth and change.
