Manage all commercial aspects of Travelocity's business in South America, including General Manager for Travelocity's two regional sites (Travelocity Argentina and Travelocity Latinoamerica) and the regional team of Market Managers who acquire content for all of Travelocity's global sites and manage relationships with more than one thousand partners in the territory.
Drive overall regional sales and marketing strategy to meet or beat revenue targets. Ownership of SEM strategic direction and regional marketing budget. Also managed team that designed the overall customer experience for the sites. Co-owned media sales relationships and targets with the media sales team.
During 2010 Travelocity Argentina and Travelocity Latinoamerica grew more than 70% YOY and beat plan. Site conversion rates improved by more than 40% on paid campaigns. The Market Management team exceeded their contracting targets, which were the most aggressive of any global region, and also beat their revenue targets by nearly 20%.
