Senior Client Service Lead: McDonald's Global | Competitor Intelligence | Digital Marketing Support

Responsible for servicing, maintaining and designing strategies to drive forward, and grow the Infotools business with McDonald’s Global, while maintaining strong client relationships across 30+ countries.

  • I lead the operation to provide technology solutions to our clients, both through our software, consumer insights support, and consulting for data services. 
  • Expanded the Infotools’ relationship with McDonald’s to include 7 new markets, a considerable increase as the account had remained static for over 5 years.
  • Introduced the first substantial new Asian client in over 3 years.
  • Responsible for managing projects from start to finish, ensuring all documentation is maintained through CRM systems.
  • Sharepoint team page management, and Marcomms for Client Services Team
  • Work alongside Marketing Team to design, and deliver campaigns to introduce new clients to our services, and expand user base with our current clients.

Initiated the Client Service relationship with AB, working alongside their MIS & Shopper teams to design a technology-driven solution for Consumer Insights through Infotools’ analysis and interactive reporting suite.

  • Needs assessment reviewed fortnightly, and communicated to the Software Development team to enhance our software and address those needs.
  • An interactive cloud-based solution for data visualization was designed to automate and share results across the AB team.
  • Delivered results with outstanding reviews, and increased client revenue by over 200% after further business units joined the service.
  • Priority setting and extensive project management were required to achieve challenging requests on a tight deadline.

Client Service for both accounts, 

  • Established the initial relationship with Telefonica Argentina, providing a centralised reporting solution for 17 business units.
  • Increased Telefonica account revenue over 100% for 2 consecutive years, and gained Argentina's endorsement to introduce the service to HQ in Spain.
