Senior Client Service Lead

Infotools unlocks value and insights in the world of market research data for a vast range of international clients. I started with the operation managing a team of 6 analysts. My role progressed to the client service team, where I was key project manager to deliver bespoke technology solutions from interactive reporting and data visualisations in the cloud. I played an active role in our engagement campaigns by curating social content, providing web analytics and competitive intelligence. 

  • Responsible for designing strategies to drive forward and grow the Infotools business across clients. Wins included: gaining 7 new markets for McDonald’s globally (expanding revenue by 20%+), introducing the first substantial new Asian client in over 3 years: FarEasTone (a Taiwanese Telecommunications leader), and increasing client revenue on Anheuser-Busch by over 200% as further business units joined the Infotools service.
  • Worked alongside the Infotools marketing team to design and deliver campaigns to introduce new clients to our services, and expand the user base with our current clients.
  • Highly skilled in all aspects of project management: from brief writing, delivering requirements on budget and on time, to running workshops and onboarding sessions, all while managing client expectations throughout the process.

As the Operations Control Centre Analyst, I examined call distribution data (historical and real-time) to identify trends, outages and system problems.
