As a Consultant at Accenture during over 7 years, I acquired an expertise in Information Technology by conducting many implementation projects. In addition, I developed skills in Project Management and Banking Industry mainly in Core Banking and Credit Operations Systems. I recently concluded an International MBA at Reims Management School in France. During this graduate program I realized an exchange program of one semester at Tsinghua University in China. This International MBA was for me an opportunity to broaden my skills in fields such as Finance, Strategy and Business Planning and to work in a multi-cultural environment.

 October 2006 - September 2007 – SWOC Project – Millennium BCP Bank (Lisbon)

Responsible for the Application Management Project. Managing 4 people, analyzing new functionalities with the client, estimating, planning and reporting of new developments.

  • Development of a Workflow of Credit Operations, which includes the Consumption Credits and Mortgage Loans.

  • Deployment of the new system in the branch network of the bank.

Technical Environment:

BizTalk Sever 2004, Framework .NET 1.1, Programming C#, Web Services, SQL Server 2005, Clear case.

June 2005 - October 2006 – ALNOVA Project – Caixa Geral de Depósitos Bank (Lisbon)

In charge of the Inter-Bank Check Clearing System. Managing 4 people, analyzing, estimating, and planning of new developments and status reporting.

  • Outsourcing of the Processing Centre Documents (Checks) from the CGD Bank to the SIBS Processes entity. Project of 6 months representing 600 man-days.

  • Project involved in the CMMI certification.

Technical Environment:

Mainframe COBOL, Framework CICS, DB2, SQL, Remedy.

May 2003 - June 2005 – Accenture Delivery Centre (Lisbon)

Creation of a near-shore centre for the development of new IT Systems.

    • In charge of the Net-centric Division (Project based on Microsoft Technologies).

    • Managing an IT Projects Portfolio with an annual budget of 250.000€.

    • Responsible for the implementation of Proposals. Responsible for the Planning, Estimation and Reporting.

    • Managing resources up to 12 people.

Main Achievements:

    • Development of one Back-Office for a customer fidelity system of a Portuguese Oil Company.

    • Implementation of a new payment system using biometric data for a Portuguese Oil Company.

International project located in France (Lille) who aims was to develop a custom built system in order to manage a major retailing business.

  • Responsible for the Functional and Technical Analysis of Billing module.

  • Managing a team of 6 people.
