I started working at this italian restaurant as a cleaner, getting it ready for customers in the morning. I would wash all tables, sweep, mop and vacuum the floors, clean all bathrooms, do all dishes from the day before, and wipe everything down. I got promoted to busser where I would do dishes, make salads, bring drinks and appetizers to customers and answer phones. After just a few months I got promoted to hostess where I would answer all phone calls on a multi line phone, greet customers, take orders, and handled all cash using the POS system. I also was in charge of the safety board, employee checklists and any paperwork for the restaurant because of my microsoft efficiency and typing skills.
