• Well versed in the installation of all manufactured woods, floating floors, laminant and linoleum materials.

· Comprehensive understanding of framing, measurement reading and hand tools.

· Structural integrity and IND code knowledge for proper replacement and securing of damaged floor joists, load bearing walls, sub floor and decking.

Working with 2-6 other employees as a team to systematically and with great care to detail, install a variety of different types of siding, windows and doors. Working with fascia and metal breaks to wrap all exposed wood was standard practice.

As one of two salary paid carpenters, responsibilities ranged from installing custom designed showers, complete roofing systems, floors and trim. Jobsite cleanliness and a safe and secure property were also daily duties.
