  • Reduced BRL 20 MM or 15% of total (USD 7 mm) in a 3 week value engineering job for a industrial project Also reduced BRL 75 MM (USD 25 MM)or 20% of total on a one year value engineering effort for a commercial building project. 
  • In a period 6 months  implemented a Planning & Control System based on KPIs for one of Brazil's top 10 Mechanical Contractors
