Summary

I was born in Wichita, Kansas and raised in the country of Brazil. I grew up in a family of missionaries and pastors, and by the age of seven I accepted Christ as my Savior. Growing up I was always involved in different ministries in church, and when I turned fourteen years old I went to a summer camp where I felt God's calling to serve Him in full time ministry. Between the ages of fifteen and nineteen I worked for my dad in Brazil, and when I turned twenty I returned to the United States. A year later I enrolled at Baptist Bible College in Springfield, MO to pursue my BA in Pastoral Studies. During my time at Baptist Bible College God blessed me with a scholarship  to travel around the U.S. and recruit students for the college. I also met my wonderful wife, Katie, at college and we were married in May of 2010. A year and a half later our son, Cedrick, was born.

To briefly summarize myself, overall I am a driven with direction, hardworking, dependable self-starter. God has given me the opportunity to experience many different areas of employment that have equipped me for ministry and have shaped me to become a well rounded individual. I have always shown a high level of commitment, and a willingness to take initiative. I am also very teachable and always excited to take on new responsibilities. My years of work related experiences have taught me to become more creative, exceptionally organized, and readily able to handle conflicts.

In my own personal life I constantly set and achieve goals, and recognize that excellence is a journey. I have always tried to develop my character through hard work and having passion for what I do. I genuinly have compassion for people, and as a result it is my goal to work with people as a team player. It is my desire to always honor God in every area of my life.

Interest:

  1. Spending quality time with God and family;
  2. The outdoors: biking, hiking, camping, backpacking, etc;
  3. Traveling around the U.S.;
  4. Playing and watching sports: football, basketball, baseball, tennis, hockey, volleyball, etc;
  5. Singing and playing guitar;
  6. Eating healthy. Especially Katie's cooking;
  7. Reading books.
