Increase productivity and profitability with a growth-driven organization. Exceed all employer expectations through self-determination, relationship building, teamwork, and innovation.
My background in management has spanned multiple industries. In commercial real estate lending, I led a group of area mangers throughout the Pacific Northwest. In addition, I mentored and trained over 100 account executives on commercial production for nine wholesale branches. My leadership roles in higher education were over teams of admissions advisors tasked with lead generation, community outreach, and student retention. We have established a strong culture and high-level of morale. Each staff member understood the value of aligning their passions with the organizational mission.
I have produced numerous video, motion graphic, and print projects for government agencies, corporate clients, non-profits, and small business owners. I have received national awards for my work with Greenpoint Commercial and a statewide award with National University.
