Skills

Skills
Leadership Development

My background in management has spanned multiple industries. In commercial real estate lending, I led a group of area mangers throughout the Pacific Northwest. In addition, I mentored and trained over 100 account executives on commercial production for nine wholesale branches. My leadership roles in higher education were over teams of admissions advisors tasked with lead generation, community outreach, and student retention. We have established a strong culture and high-level of morale. Each staff member understood the value of aligning their passions with the organizational mission.

Digital Marketing

I have produced numerous video, motion graphic, and print projects for government agencies, corporate clients, non-profits, and small business owners. I have received national awards for my work with Greenpoint Commercial and a statewide award with National University.

Business Development
I have conducted B2B outreach for the past 10 years. From small business consultation to Fortune 500 organizations, my skills have been proven through multiple performance awards. Beyond the corporate world, I have also excelled at military, local government, and education outreach efforts.
