Led research, development, acquisition, and launch of new products, services, and businesses managing 30+ associate deal team executing acquisition due diligence and Greenfield product launches. Identified new business opportunities and recommended investments ranging from $10M to $1B in equity capital. Developed targeted senior executive relationships with potential customers, partners, and acquisition targets. Presented acquisition recommendations to CEO for Board approval. Negotiated purchases and sales agreements. Trained and developed junior and mid-level managers in financial, strategic, and communications skills.

ØGenerated $47M within $185M sale of GE Money Auto Warranty Services. Identified and approached 181 buyers. Received 26 indications of interest and conducted 12 management meetings over 7 months. Received GE Money Presidents Award in 4Q07.

ØLed acquisition closure of Conseco Consumer Finance business out of bankruptcy encompassing $2.4B in assets, $325M in equity capital.

ØDirected design and launch of GE Money Savings business, a money market product originated online D2C, in partnership with major retailers and through stored value card relationships. Generated $1B+ in deposits in 2006.

ØOversaw development and execution of fee-based financial services market penetration strategy encompassing acquisition of Cashworks and launch of prepaid debit cards. Established cash transfer strategic partnerships. Originated 6 acquisitions and led 3 due diligence team within the largest cross-border remittance companies serving the U.S. Hispanic Immigrant community.

ØMigrated $10.5B PLCC portfolio from a private multi-seller conduit to a Public Term Issuance platform.

ØGenerated more than $5M in fee income from syndicated $1B+ debt transaction.

ØLed development of Customer Web Center to communicate current market information to 500+ origination and underwriting personnel and assist in structuring non-investment grade leveraged loan transactions.

ØImplemented Leanmethodology to improve, redesign, and develop processes to originate, execute, and distribute securitization, syndication, and export financing deal processes.

  • Selected Transactions: $17.M deal with a wire harness producer with $18.5M follow-up acquisition; $11M acquisition of telemarketer; $16.2M financing of regional retailer / distributor, and $14.5M refinancing of a steel industry service provider.
