About Jonathan Cattana

Throughout his career in financial services, Jonathan Cattana has demonstrated an in-depth knowledge of various investment products. Since 2001, Mr. Cattana has focused particularly on the use of self-managed superannuation funds (SMSFs), which he integrates into client portfolios as part of a comprehensive wealth management program, based on each client’s financial goals and risk tolerance and designed to allow them to retire comfortably. In his current position as the CEO and owner of Habitus Asset Management, Jonathan Cattana strives to construct balanced investment and debt management plans for clients.

Also the past CEO and owner of Avestra Private Wealth, where he provided lending and investment services, Jonathan Cattana draws on earlier experience as an investment advisor with MD Phillips and Associates. Mr. Cattana also served as a financial planner with St. George Bank, where he began to build his familiarity with SMSF products and corporate superannuation, as well as small business planning. In addition, he once worked for National Australia Bank/MCL Australia Private Client Services, and he builds on more than a decade in options, derivatives, and futures trading. He received a master of finance from the University of Technology Sydney and a bachelor of business in finance from the University of Canberra.
