Responsible for overseeing operation of fast paced resteraunt environment. Responsible for ensuring all customers have a pleasant dining experience and handling any complaints. Responsible for training new employees and making sure company procedures are being followed correctly, as well as local , state, and federal food safety guidelines. Responsible for taking disciplininary action on employees including termination if necessary. Routinely have to count tills and deposits and make runs to the bank. Responsible for securing the store at the end of the night, including checking that all points of entry are locked.
