I consider myself to be a self-motivated individual, who thrives from the excitement of a challenge. I enjoy working in a team-based environment, but can also work independently to the same high standards. I would say that my best points are that I have great communication skills, am confident, and trustworthy. I am always trying to improve and excel in what I do. I enjoy working with the public and can communicate with different people of all ages and background. I have the correct initiative to get tasks completed to deadline, with efficient methodology. I’m dependable, reliable and always works to the highest personal standards. I also pay close attention to detail and am always striving to make customers happy and to give a professional manner of service.
My roles at the Carphone Warehouse are primarily retail-orientated involving interaction with customers in order to discover their preferences, needs, and sell them the best mobile phone and tariff based on what they told me. Customer service plays a large part in my role, as I also resolve customer issues and complaints. My time at the company gave me necessary training to be assistant manager at my store and this enabled me to learn a lot of back office processes, including stock management and control, consolidating paperwork, logging banking information into the system and how to manage a team.

I studied performing arts to train to become an actor. Whilst being at the college I have learnt acting techniques, movement skills, vocal skills, self-confidence, and communication skills.
