Doctorate(c) in Computer Science,

Universidad de Chile

Geographic information system design, desition support systems.

20082011

MSc in Computer Science, Computer Science,

Universidad de Chile

The objective of this work was measure of quality of Internet connections and, from this, define the indicators that best interpret the experience of the quality of Internet connection for a residential user in Chile.
These indicators are based on technical and objective measures of the connection. Also proposes to implement a system of periodic measurements at regular intervals and statistical interpretation of these measurements

The result of this work was a country scale measurement architecture, currently used by Subtel.
