-Participating in the creation of a timeline for the transition from a department into a school of public health

-Allowing for options, identifying milestones, assigning tasks, and monitoring progress of created timelines

-Creating logistical models based on potential size of faculty, mix of academic disciplines, size of student body, space required, courses required, administrative infrastructure, and other logistical issues

-Creating financial models to compute the sources and amounts of financing required to meet programmatic goals

-Recommending actions based on both logistical and financial models while maintaining and modifying models as assumptions change

-Working with facilities experts to devise a space plan for all transition years and final placement of the school

-Interpreting accreditation parameters and ensuring department meets requirements set by CEPH guidelines
