Work Philosophy

I strive to provide proficient and inclusive nutrition counseling and guidance to those in need of nutrition therapy. I plan to treat those who need of assistance when it comes to eating disorders, weight management, and weight loss goals. I believe nutrition is a vital key to a fulfilling and high quality life. It will be my goal as a nutritionist to provide my patients with the necessary nutrition guidelines to live a healthy and prosperous life.

Initial Goals

My initial goals for the next one to two years are to complete my education at The University of Alabama with a major in Food and Nutrition and to fulfill the class requirements. Along with completing my Bachelor's degree in Food and Nutrition, I plan on attending graduate school following graduation from The University of Alabama.

Long Term Goals

As a Food and Nutrition major at The University of Alabama, my long term goals are to graduate with a bachelor's degree in Food and Nutrition and to also obtain my master's degree. After successfully completing graduate school and my dietetic internship, I plan to work in the field of bariatric nutrition.
