With nearly 30 years of experience in the financial sector, investor and business executive John Westerfield offers clients expert knowledge and adept strategies in commercial real estate property. For the past three years, Mr. Westerfield has been involved with investments primarily in Westchester County, New York, serving as a private investor with a focus on commercial real estate properties and REITs . Prior to his current position, Mr. Westerfield served as a Managing Director of investment bank Morgan Stanley with a focus on financing commercial properties such as office buildings, shopping centers and hotels.  John Westerfield also worked at Morgan Guaranty Trust Company of New York in his early years and Greystone Realty, an investment management firm.  Educated at Dartmouth College and Harvard Business School, Mr. Westerfield earned a Bachelor of Arts in Government and a Master of Business Administration in General Management. In addition to his business ventures, John Westerfield actively supports the community through several charitable ventures. Mr. Westerfield helps medical organizations such as the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute and New York's Babies and Children's Hospital as well as non-profits such as Student Sponsor Partners and the Harlem Children’s Zone. Locally, Mr. Westerfield serves groups such as The Reformed Church of Bronxville, the Lawrence Hospital Center, and SkillsUSA. Residing in Bronxville, New York, John Westerfield maintains an active lifestyle enjoying such activities as skiing, golf and fishing.  Mr. Westerfield enjoys reading American literature including the works of J. D. Salinger, Cormac McCarthy, Ernest Hemmingway, William Faulkner, Pat Conroy and Flannery O"Connor.
