Learning and Development Trainer/Consultant
As an award winning trainer I design and deliver courses for varied clients and have negotiated contracts and tenders for public and corporate training. Particularly partnership projects with Tower Hamlets, Credit Suisse and Pitman Training. Working with employers and delivering TNA through a complete cycle, I have experience working in recruitment, HR and in other sectors. A creative consultant, designing and critiquing training for a diverse range of clients with an aim to win work or influence people.With a dynamic approach to training I enjoy discovering core requirements and offering training solutions with impact. With a background of production and directing in film and theatre, I am lively, adaptable direct and understand the importance that connecting with learners has on business.
Working on a number of client contracts through the whole training cycle, implementing, designing and delivering training packages: Presentation Skills, Assertiveness, Personal Branding and Influencing Skills amongst others. Clients have included include Ryder Levitt Bucknall, Laing O’Rourke, Cundall, The Walt Disney Company, Bank of New York Melon. Most recently designed and delivered Virtual Team Management Bite size training for AMEX: Time Management for IG Group including design of a time monitoring programme. I have just trialed a core development programme covering, culture, service and selling for all Compass Group staff which is now being rolled out across the group. Currently working with National Instruments traning staff in Presentation, Body Language and Voice Skills.
