Served as a Desktop Support Engineer, contributing to the Henkel migration of their acquisition of National Starch Adhesives.  Converted the National Starch domain over to the Henkel domain.  Administered imaging on new desktops, and laptops.  Processed data migration from old computers to new computers.   Configured all end-user applications including Lotus Notes, and proprietary software.  Setup, installed, and configured, network and local printers.  Assisted with of all new pc equipment moves.

Served as a PC Consultant, contributing to the Central Regional Hospital system rollout of Windows XP Pro. Converted from Novell environment to Windows Active Directory. Administered imaging on desktops, laptops, and tablets.  Configured all end-user applications including McAfee Encryption.  Processed data migration from old computers to new computers.   Setup, installed, and configured, network and local printers.  Assisted with of all new pc equipment moves. Trend Micro used as anti virus client.
