I Supervised a L250 Union Workforce through two JCAHO accreditations at a 120 licensed bed medical center.
Hired, trained and evaluated new employees. I was Responsible for regular performance and quality metrics in both hospital and clinical areas. I wrote new department policies to keep pace with the changing environment. I held lead responsibility for waste minimization at both the Fresno and Oakhurst facilities. Participated in department annual budgeting process and was responsible for managing budgeted resources.
Additionally I provided Administrative Support for EVS, one of the largest departments in the facility. This included regulatory documentation tracking, scheduling meetings, communicating with clients and ensuring that deadlines were met. Typing and proofreading documents. Photocopying, assembling and distributing prepared materials. Achievements include:
- Trained, motivated and supervised over 90 FTE in all areas of responsibility.
- Improved performance standards, teamwork and overall facility cleanliness.
- Performed regular inspections, monitored and improved customer satisfaction, and infection control compliance.
- Tracked HR requirements and attendance for over 90 FTE.
