Solution Architect

Planning Analyst´s for a Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) at Accenture. I had been working more than three years in the implementation and operation of SAP Supply Chain Management, specifically in SAP Supply Network Planning for an important telecommunication client in Venezuela as Telefonica.

In response to the needs of the mobile market, that want quick response and flexibility in their supply chain, Telefonica wanted us to design and execute a supply chain strategy that satisfies these needs, analizing from demand till distribution planning of 25 distribution center network all over the country, that supplies more than 1000 retail sellers.

In my stay, we achieve that:

- Manage the supply chain from the system (SAP SCM), understanding demand behavior and translating into a distribution planning with equitative supply for all distribution centers and retail sellers

- The implementation of the analysis and planning by product group, rather than individual product, helping to inventory reduction through increased product turnover and with the bonus of reduced obsolescence. This was accomplished by SAP functionality, product interchangeability, and with the support of the planning manager changing the culture of the demands planners, in every business line

- Include all Business lines of Telefonica (Retails sellers, Distribution Centers, SMEs, Big Clients) in the planning system

- Include all the products of Telefonica (mobile, TV, internet services, network) in the planning system
