"When the people of Iraq are liberated, we will again have written another chapter in the glorious history of the United States of America."  I advocate for the "surge" and counterinsurgency strategy of General Petraeus.  The surge has paid off.  From June 2007 through March 2008, sectarian and ethnic violence in Iraq declined by 90%. Civilian and coalition forces deaths fell by 70%.

I believe the key to Health Care Reform is to restore control to patients so they can afford and acquire the treatment and preventative care they need.
