Responsible for strategy, marketing, and technical sales leadership for advanced GPS/INS navigation and imaging, GNSS simulator and receiver products, and GPS assistance and jammer mitigation solutions*   Defined and prioritized more than 50 technologies and products into 5 focused product lines*   Won a position as a Prime Contractor on the NAVY SeaPort-e contract vehicle*   Developed licensing and pricing models and conducted negotiations for commercial products

Founded and directed the start-up and operation of a satellite communication company*    Raised more than $1M in cash from a primary investor plus other smaller investors*    Established strategic partnerships for use of assets valued at more than $3M at no cost*    Sold 1,000 satellite ground stations valued at more than $2M in hardware and services*    Received the SBA's Tibbetts Award, NASA Space Act Award, and a Congressional Citation
