Spearheaded start-up efforts in tandem with CEO. Directed daily operations, such as preparing and controlling budget and maintaining P&L of international branch subsidiaries, including US, Germany, Japan, Korea, Taiwan, and China. Traveled to worldwide locations and collaborated with direct reports to manage general and administrative operations, sales and marketing, and research and development functions. ♦Drove Avant! US and Avant! Europe to increase overall booking revenue by 30% via building of self-sustaining technical support team in Taiwan and India, thereby allowing more experienced groups in US to focus on US and Europe markets, which made up 75% of company’s booking revenue.

♦Reduced US technical labor expenses 37%+ by building and implementing global engineering support center in India, with 150 application engineers, which was cost-effective solution for 1st-tier worldwide support center.

♦Championed implementation of Avant! in-house-developed executive information system (EIS) for sales forecasting and utilized its functions to accurately forecast worldwide sales numbers to within margin of error of less than 2%; system allowed for management to review quarterly forecast numbers within 2 hours.

♦Boosted year-over-year sales revenue 64% via proactively executing wide-ranging performance strategies and ensuring cohesion of technical support staff.
