I drafted and filed all of the company's SEC reports, including the company's first 10K filing. I came in, evaluated the control structure and reporting needs and determined new systems and policies needed to be implemented. After an exhaustive review of available software packages, I selected the Great Plains application for installation. To keep A/P processing costs low, I also selected and installed the Gelco web-based Time and Expense tool. I also integrated the existing ADP monthly feeds and Gelco feeds into Great Plains for a more automated system. When we started doing government contract work, I implemented the Project module to allow us to accurately enter daily timesheets and assign costs by project.
