John Fertitta

As a roofing insurance specialist with Randy Johnson Builders in Shreveport, Louisiana, John Fertitta acts as a liaison between roofing companies, insurance companies, and customers, ensuring that all claims are inspected and managed correctly. Responsible for managing and generating sales as well as directing marketing efforts for the company, John Fertitta helped grow year-to-date business by more than 20 percent.

Prior to accepting his current position, Mr. Fertitta was a health care institutional specialist with Pfizer Inc., where he managed a hospital account territory comprising all of northern Louisiana. During his nearly six years with the company, he earned six national sales awards and was inducted into the Hall of Fame.

John Fertitta earned a bachelor’s degree from Johnson and Wales University in Charleston, South Carolina, where he studied food and hospitality management and graduated magna cum laude. Outside of work, he enjoys fresh-water bass fishing, playing tennis, and cooking fresh Louisiana seafood.
