Legal Assistant

Mace Yampolsky LTd

In my multifaceted role as a legal assistant on Mr. Yampolsky's team of lawyers and paralegals, I performed the tasks of an office assistant, receptionist, and document runner. When fulfilling my duties as an office assistant, I organized client data on various Microsoft office programs such as Excel and Word, utilized the copy machine to send faxes and scans, and managed the office inventory. As a receptionist, I would provide guidance to clients, communicate with partnering legal offices, and construct client payment plans. As a runner, I delivered documents and parcels to various legal offices in downtown Las Vegas, during which I often conversed with recipients about calendaring and case matters.
