ADMINISTRATIVE

  Manage all aspects of construction, solve problems, work with multiple subcontractors, interface with sales departments, and work with owners to resolve disagreements. Writing project plans, reports, and documentation, scheduling, reviewing bid proposals and awarding contracts, preparing budgets, and controlling expenses. Conduct all phases of construction procedures, organizing, and coordinating projects for maximum efficiency. Review and approve all accounts payable invoices. Administer final payments, waver of liens, and final walk-throughs. Compute cost estimates and negotiate with company representatives to obtain contracts. Provide in depth knowledge and understanding of specific state laws and regulations. Schedule materials deliveries and follow up on material orders and job needs. 

SAFETY

  Intimate knowledge of US and State OSHA guidelines and regulations for construction. Effectively implement and enforced all company safety programs. Maintain Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) database on hazardous materials used. Direct, administer and monitor all safety and health activities, reporting directly to the President and Vice President, and coordinate with government agencies and unions. Create programs and procedures to minimize losses through injury and illness. Evaluation and prosecution of fraudulent cases. Job site safety and hazard inspection analysis. Construction of 10 and 30 hour safety classes. 

SUPERVISION

Manage all activities of construction projects with carpenters, electricians, plumbers, and concrete finishers. Schedule and supervised crews, while maintaining safe working conditions. Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot creatively, solve problems effectively, and make informed decisions while successfully guiding others through constant change. Employ excellent communication skills with staff, managers, and clients. Coordinated employees, equipment and materials on several projects simultaneously.
